Your body requires more energy to get through tough times and unfortunately, these are the times we are more likely to let our health and wellness go. Prolonged periods of stress can lead to the worsening of existing health problems and contribute to the onset of others. Keeping yourself in good health will help you deal better with whatever you are facing. It is easier to figure out how to deal with something when you are feeling strong and in complete health and wellness.
